1. The Korean government welcomes the establishment of the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council and hopes the Council will play a constructive role for peace and stability in Yemen. 

2. The Korean government encourages all parties to the conflict in Yemen to make efforts to resolve the conflict through dialogue, observing the truce the United Nations brokered.
