Important Notice for All Visa Applicants
ㅇ Effective April 6, 2020, all visa applicants MUST submit additional documents.
1. Health Condition Report Form (Please see the attached file)
2. Quarantine Agreement Form (Please see the attached file)
* Even if you have a place to stay in Korea, you still need to complete this form.
ㅇ Visa processing time is expected to be a minimum of 14 business days or more.
ㅇ Visa applicants may need an in-person or phone interview.
※ Failure to provide complete Health Condition Report Form, and Quarantine Agreement Form will result in denial of a visa application.
